Product Updates:

• Borrower Portal Enhancements - now includes a loan summary module which shows data items such as loan balances, rate, and remaining payments
• Investor Portal has been added to the system (requires the investments module) 
• Spreadsheet Reports for 'Aggregated Interest' now include a year selection to show aggregates for those years
• Impound and Escrow Analysis Enhancement - You can now add projections to the Impound module to serve as an Impound Fee Type Loan Issue reminder for yourself. Escrow Analysis will also use Loan Issues to notify you of upcoming Escrow Fee Type payouts. 
• System Contacts Upgrade - You can now create custom contact types, such as co-borrowers, agents, or guarantors to then add to a loan. You will have the option of enabling notice emails that are sent to the borrower for these additional contacts, including investors.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue with Payment Received notice sending for ACH payments. ACH payments will now correspond to the 'ACH Payment Posted' notice type and will only send the notice for 'Cleared' ACH payments. If the ACH payment status returns anything other than 'Cleared' it won't send. This better aligns with users who have the ACH module, so it only sends the borrower a notice that payment was received if the status returns 'Cleared'. 
• Fixed an issue with the 'Test' button on notices not sending due to the 'From' email being the same as the recipient email. 'Test' button test notices will now be sent from test@brytsoftware.com
• Fixed an error issue when attempting to access the Admin tab which was caused by a tenant not having a company logo.
• Fixed an issue with loan extensions for loans with the interest collection option of 'In Advance' and other extension issues. 
• Added a block for Pending state loans so Recurring cannot be enabled.
• Fixed an issue with Single Pay Period loans not reflecting the correct maturity date.
• Added additional ACH payment blocks to prevent Pending loans from initiating ACH payments.
• Fixed a bug for lender fees that were displaying as collected twice.
• Fixed an issue with stuck loans list filtering when searching for loans.
