Product Updates:

• Benchmarks - now provides a history of rate changes among benchmark groups. 
• Lender Fees - Added a Description field to allow notes on lender fees, refer to the main guide for notes. 
• Added the ability to add principal during a loan's prorate period. Added Notes for reference in the main Guide.

Bug Fixes:

• When adding principal or assigning principal using the investments module a yellow warning box will now appear when selecting the same contact (investor). 
• Fixed an issue with contacts not being created with the correct fields when creating a new contact via the Impound and Escrow Analysis module payout processes. 
• Fixed a bug with the investments module where creating a new loan didn't allow you to assign investors. 
• Fixed a formatting issue with the dashboard's announcements for an announcement's 'View' option.
• Fixed an issue with the Recurring ACH dashboard widget prompting errors when clicking the 'View All' button. 
• Fixed an issue with Lender Fee selection options not showing a 'Description' field when switching between fee types. 
• Fixed an issue with amortized loan calculations not accurately reflecting the total due amount with increases to principal and/or mid-loan extensions. As a side note, it's expected there would be issues here if you're setting up a fully amortized loan and adding principal or extensions afterward, the schedule will have issues due to the initially intended fully amortized setting.
• Fixed an issue where attempting to delete Notices from the Documents tab on a Contact or Loans wasn't going through.
