Product Updates:

• ACH Module (ACHQ) - Contact - Bank Accounts tab now helps delete incorrect or bad ACH bank accounts. This is also where the NACHA module stores bank accounts. 
• Investments Module - 'Principal Additions / Assignments' button now shows an optional 'Note' column and field for new principal additions applied to loans. 
• Impound Module - New Impound Fee Schedule button called 'Show Projections'. Projected impound payments are now hidden by default; clicking the button will reveal those if needed for reference. 
• Assets Module - has a new checkbox option for insurance policies that may have expired to be excluded from being prompted as a Loan Issue. 

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue on Assignments where they were made based on Actual Days instead of Periodic/360 if that loan interest accrual method was selected. 
• Fixed an issue where the impound and escrow analysis module payouts were being listed at the very end of the history/schedule. 
• Fixed an issue where investors were allowed to be deleted even though there was a lender fee with a 100% servicer fee payout paid. Now, it prevents any investors from being deleted if any payment is made. 
• Fixed an issue when recording unscheduled payments using investments, where investors with a servicing fee wouldn't generate payouts due to an assigned servicing fee. 
• Fixed an issue where 'Remember this Device for 30 days' wasn't working.
