Product Updates:

• Borrower Portal - Payment History module will now sort by most recent payment instead of oldest payments at the top.
• New 'Download Files and Docs' button - allows you to download a Zip file of a loan's or contact's list of Files and Documents (noted under Type column, doesn't include Notices, 1098/99s at this time).
• Borrower Portal - there is now a bank deletion option for borrowers on their portal end, which is useful when borrowers enter bank account information and need to reenter a bank account.  

Bugs:

• Fixed an error page on the borrower portal when a borrower has no active loans on the Payment History module. The user is now properly redirected to the home page. 
• Fixed an issue where Impound module users did not see impound payouts via an impound fee's Payouts tab. 
• Fixed an issue where attempting to set up a lender portal directly would generate error pages (without first setting up a borrower portal).
• Fixed a visual bug that would note an email was sent more than once when only sent once. 
• Fixed a borrower portal document issue where the 'Portal' button for a generated document wouldn't display on the portal end despite overriding the global setting. 
• Fixed an issue where adding principal to a Pending loan allowed the user to attempt and 'Edit' the loan's original rate, which we've blocked off as you would want to return to the loan setup to change the loan's original amount.
• Fixed an issue for single pay period loans by adding an option to include/exclude 366-day calculation. 
• Fixed a loan issue with an ending prorate set where attempting to set recurring payments would result in an error. 
• Fixed a loan issue for loans with a starting and ending prorate where adding rate changes within the two prorate date ranges would yield a blank screen. 
• Fixed an issue where setting up a Loan for Recurring ACH wasn't being allowed, users were unable to click 'Save'.
• Fixed an issue where unscheduled payments into impound/escrow weren't accurately accounted for on the Impound's Fee Schedule history, they would now show previously. 
• Fixed an issue where deleting lender fees using the 'Delete All' option for an associated lender fee grouping of fees would delete lender fees that have been paid, paid lender fees will no longer be deleted. 
• Fixed a prorate bug for loans with the 'With First Payment' collection option which caused loans to break.
