To Access Chat Support
Click the “Chat” link located at the bottom of the “Need Help?” Widget.
Standard Chat Support Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding Holidays. If our chat support is not available during these times, you may still use the chat function to leave your message.
Response Time
When Chat support is available, we will address your questions immediately. If Chat support is not available and you choose to leave a message using the Chat tool, we will respond to your message no later than the end of the next business day.
