Contact - User Notes

The User Notes section of the Contact record can be accessed by clicking on the “User Notes” button on the left side of the "Contact Details" page:  

This table contains all of the notes that any user has added to the contact record.  The notes can be added by:

1. Clicking on the Add User Note button in the list
2. Clicking on the Add User Note item in the Quick Tools menu
