To start using Bryt, you must first “Create a Loan”. When you Create a Loan, you specify the details that allow you to create a Loan Repayment Schedule (often referred to as an amortization schedule or table).
You can create a new loan several different ways…
- To Create a Loan, click on the "Loans" link in the navy strip and then click on the "Add Loan" button on the left side of the table:
- You can also access the GUIDE ME Tour for Create a Loan by clicking on the "Need Help" button in the lower right corner and then selecting "GUIDE ME - Create a Loan" from the "GUIDE ME Tours" section:
- Additionally, you can also access the GUIDE ME Tour for Create a Loan by clicking on the "Checklist" in the lower left corner and then selecting "GUIDE ME - Create a Loan":
- "Create a Loan" is also available as a Quick Tool from many pages within the system:
Create a Loan launches the "Create a Loan" wizard:
The Loan Wizard collects the information necessary to create your loan by asking you a series of questions about your loan.
This includes:
- Loan Details (borrower, loan name and amount)
- Accrual Information (payment frequency and interest accrual)
- Closing Date, Term and Prorating Information
- Interest Rate and Amortization Information
The Loan Wizard allows you to configure loans using standard loan configurations, as well as countless custom configurations.
