Create a Loan - Loan State Selection

The last page in the Loan Creation Wizard is the Loan State Selection page. You'll see this page after you click on the 'Next' button on the Late Fee Setup Page. 

This page allows you to set the loan as either 'In Service' or 'Pending'. Let's continue with the 'Keep Loan Pending' button. (The 'Put Loan In Service' button finishes the loan creation process.)

Once you click on the 'Keep Loan Pending' button, you'll be prompted with the pending loan's Summary.

With this, you'll also see the loan's State column be listed as 'Pending' (instead of In Service or Incomplete) on your loan list.

Pending State Loan - 'Add / Modify Loan Principal'

If you have added principal to a loan during its pending state, you'll see the following screen.
