Investor Portal Registration (Investor's Perspective)

Welcome to the Investor Portal Registration Investor's Perspective guide.
Note: For Bryt Servicers testing this process, do not use the same 'From' email listed under your 'Admin - Email Settings'.

To start, you'll navigate to the invitation email where the instructions and registration link to your servicer's investor portal are included. (URL Ex: companyname.brytsoftware.com)
Your servicer will need a valid email on file for your contact details for the invitation email to be received successfully.

This is how you'll receive the investor portal registration email when it's sent to your email by your servicer.

Note: Portal registration invitations will expire after 48 hours, you will need to ask your servicer for a new link if the link is no longer active. 

From there you'll want to click on the first link to Register your Investor Portal account. 

You'll copy-paste or type the email that's noted in that invitation email then click the 'Register' button (aftergoing through the reCAPTCHA to verify you're a legitimate user).

If successful, you'll see the following message.

If unsuccessful you'll see a dialog box stating that there was no match for the email, you'll want to contact your servicer to verify the email they have for you.

Continuing on the successful message, you'll receive the following email where you'll need to click on the link to finish setting up a password.

You'll be taken to the page below when you click 'here': 

Enter your password and finish by clicking the 'Create Account' button.
Note: If your servicer has enabled Two Factor Authentication (2FA), then you will be met with another screen to set that up. Please scroll to the end of this guide if you'd like a visual reference of those extra steps. Otherwise, please continue this guide. 

If successful you'll see the following message:

Click the blue 'here' link to be redirected to the investor portal login page.

From there click the 'Log in' button to log in. You can also use the 'Forgot Password?' link if you've forgotten your password. 

You've now successfully created your Investor Portal account. 

Two Factor (2FA) Setup

If your servicer has enabled Two Factor Authentication (2FA), there will be a couple of extra steps.
Whether you already have a portal registered or it's your first time registering you'll see the following two steps. 

You will be asked to enter a phone number to receive a verification code via text message:

After clicking the 'Send Code' button, you will receive a text message with a code you'll enter into the new field that pops up. 

From there, you will receive the code within 30 seconds, enter the code you received, and click 'Verify Code'.
Or if you have not received it you can use the 'Resend Code' button to try receiving a new code. You can also use this 'Resend Code' button if you'd like to try a new number. 

Lastly, you'll be prompted to a confirmation screen and want to click the blue 'here' link to be redirected to the portal login page.

With 2FA being enforced,upon attempting to log in, you will see the following:

Upon verifying the code, you will be redirected to the portal's home page:
