Update
The Documents tab on a loan was implemented to simplify and consolidate Files and Communication.

The Documents section of the Loan record can be accessed by clicking on the 'Documents' tab on the left-hand side of the Loan page:  


This table contains all of the loan's documents.  

To Add a file, click on the 'Add File' button: 

A window will open on top of this page.  You can either select the files from your computer that you want to upload, or you can drag the files you want to upload into this window.
*Alternatively, you can click the Escape/Esc button on your keyboard to exit the dialog box that is prompted. 

When your files appear in the window, you can click "Done" to upload the files:

The files you upload will appear in the "Documents" table:

To download a document use the available Doc or Pdf download buttons.
To delete a document from the system you'll want to click the orange 'Del' button. 


Update
Send button integration - allows you to resend generated notices and other documents as a Pdf document (although it'll note a .docx file, it's compressed into a pdf attachment).
*Max file size allowed at the moment is 10MB.

For documents, you'll need to enter a Subject to click the Send button. 

You can also attach extra documents by clicking the 'Attach External File' button, which will prompt a 'Select files...' button to select additional files or drag and drop files on the button's gray section. 


Once you're done making changes, click the 'Send' button to send the borrower an email. To learn more about options from this email dialog box, click here
