The Loan Summary is the first page you will see when you select a loan from the Loan List.
The Loan Summary page offers easy access to all information related to your loan. Components of the Loan Summary page include:
- Quick Tools - located in the dark blue drop down box in the upper right section of the application, the Quick Tools are links to tools that help you perform common functions/tasks.
- Navigation Tabs to access various information related to your loan. The Bryt Basic Loan Tracker will include the following tabs (advanced versions of Bryt may include additional tabs):
- Schedule - Loan Repayment Schedule page (sometimes called amortization schedule or table) detailing each periodic payment for the loan.
- User Notes - contains all of the notes that any user has added to the loan record.
- Email - contains all of the emails that that have been sent related to the loan record.
- Contacts - contacts associated with your loan.
- Files - contains all of the files that any user has added to the loan record.
- Loan Status - basic information about your loan including borrower, next due date, next payment amount and days late.
- Loan Configuration - configuration of your loan including interest rate, payment frequency, per diem, late fee charge and grace period
- Loan Balances - shows beginning balances, accrued amounts, paid amounts and ending balances for Principal, Interest and Late Fees, as well as Totals.
- Loan Issues - depending on your version of Bryt various messages will appear related to the state of the loan.
- Loan Story - narrative about the loan.
If are not on the loan summary page, you can access the loan summary information by clicking on the expand/contract tool located underneath the quick tools. This will expand the page to show all of the summary information related to the loan:
