The User Notes section of the Loan record can be access by clicking on the “User Notes” button on the left side of the Loan page:
This table contains all of the notes that any user has added to the loan record. The notes can be added by:
- Clicking on the Add User Note button in the list
- Clicking on the Add User Note item in the Quick Tools menu
