To Configure your Client Notices, click on the "Admin" tab in the dark blue bar, and then select "Notices" from the left column menu. This will take you to a page that displays a list of your notices:

The Bryt Basic Loan Tracker comes prepopulated with several notice types.  Among these notices include:

  • Payment Request
  • Payment Received
  • Late Notices
  • Balloon Notice
  • Periodic Loan Statement
  • Welcome Letters
  • And more...

These notices can be modified with your own personal messaging (see the Notice - Template help for documentation on editing your notices).  Advance versions of Bryt can create additional custom notices for a variety of loan conditions.

To Edit the Conditions of the Notice, click on the "Edit" button:

For each notice, you can configure the following:

  1. The Subject Line of the email can be configured by the user.
  2. Whether the notice is "active" or not:
    • If Active? is set to "No", the system will not generate this email.
    • If Active? is set to "Yes, the system will generate this email.
  3. Whether the system should automatically email the notice:
    • If the notice is "Active" and this field is set to "Yes", then the email will be sent automatically when the "trigger" is met.
    • If the notice is "Active" and this field is set to "No", then the email will not be sent automatically.  The email will be queued for the user to send manually.
  4. What will trigger the sending of the email.  This is usually a number of days before or after and activity.  For example:
    • Payment Reminders are usually sent X days before the payment is due.
    • Payment Received emails are usually sent X days after the payment is processed.
    • Late notices are usually sent X days after the loan payment is not received.
    • Periodic Loan Summary is triggered X number of days after the due date.
    • Balloon is triggered X number of days prior to the maturity date.
