Bryt uses Process Wizards to help users complete the more complex functions of the system. Process Wizards are user interfaces that presents a user with a sequence of dialog boxes or questions that lead the user through a series of well-defined steps designed to accomplish a task.
Bryt uses Process Wizards for the following functions:
- Create a Loan – launched either from the Quick Tools menu or from “Add Loan” button on the Loan List table.
- Record a Payment – launched either from the Quick Tools menu or from “Record a Payment” button on the Loan Details / Schedule page.
Process Wizards have the following characteristics:
- As the user completes the wizard, the top of the page will summarize answers from previous pages. Hyperlinks in this section allow the user to return to previous page/questions.
- Each question/page in the wizard is dependent on the answers that the user has provide in the previous page/question. The content of the wizard is dynamic, based on the user’s answers.
- Each question contains “On-page Help” designed to better describe the concepts related to the questions on the page.
