Add User Note

Add User Note allows the user to record a note related to a specific contact or multiple contacts, and associate that note with a specific loan or multiple loans.

The Add User Note function is found in the Quick Tools menu:

To add multiple contacts to a note, select multiple contacts in the "Associated Contacts" field.  To associate the note with multiple loans, select multiple Loans in the "Associated Loans" field.

The note will be recorded in the "User Note" table for each contact and each loan associated with the note.
