Article summary

Send an Email allows the user to send an email to a specific contact or multiple contacts, and associate that email with a specific loan or multiple loans.  The email is sent using the users email settings.

 The Send an Email function is found in the Quick Tools menu:

To add multiple contacts to an email, select multiple contacts in the "To" field.  To associate the email with multiple loans, select multiple Loans in the "Associated Loans" field.

To add an attachment click the 'Attach External File' link below the Message field.

After clicking the link, a 'Select files...' button will be exposed. In this gray highlight area you'll also be able to drag and drop files to attach them to the email. 

Once you've successfully attached all files you want to include in the email, click the 'Send' button to email the borrower. 

When your email(s) are sent, a note will be recorded in the "Email" table for each email recipient and each loan associated with the email.
