In Bryt, you can add/remove data columns when viewing the Contacts or Loans list.
To do this, go to either your Contacts or Loans list.
Once at the list for either tab, you'll want to click the three dots icon, then hover over 'Columns', and then select/deselect the data columns you'd like to see in the list.
If you're unfamiliar with creating/adding Custom User Fields (CUFs/UDFs) then you'll want to review the CUF guide to do so.
Once you have CUFs created, you'll want to go to your loans list. As shown in the step above, you'll use the three-dot icon and select/check the CUFs you've created.
Once checked, you'll see them appear on your loans list as added loan data columns. The '[object Object]' that shows up denotes that there is no data stored just yet.
Note: If the Custom User Field (CUF) is archived under 'Admin - User Fields' it will not be an available option. You would click the 'Unarchive' button so you can use the CUF. However, Archiving and Unarchiving a UDF will reset the loan's list grid to clear stored settings and start a clean slate for a new loans list grid layout.
Applying Filters
If you'd like to only see a certain type of data item in the list, you can apply certain data value filters to only show those items.
Note: You can also click the 'Clear' button to remove filters that have been applied.
Moving Data Columns
You can also rearrange the data columns by clicking the titles and dragging them over to the left/right of another data column.
Sticky Columns and Horizontal Scrolling
Should you add too many columns to either your Contacts or Loans list, some columns may not be visible right away. To view additional columns, you can now scroll left and right within the Contacts or Loans grid table. Additionally, should there be a column you'd like to always be available, you can set the column to 'Stick'. To set a column as 'Sticky', click on the 3-vertical dots located next to the column's name, hover over 'Set Column Position', and click on 'Stick Column'. To 'Unstick', follow the same steps, but click on 'Unstick Column' for the final step.
Now with the 'Options' column set to stick, we can scroll to the far left and still see the column visible on the grid. Columns can 'stick' to either edge of the grid, meaning they can stay on the left or right of the grid at all times, even when you scroll far let or
If grid settings are ever 'stuck' or the full list of loans is not displaying, you'll want to go to 'Admin - User Fields', then 'Archive' and 'Unarchive' a created user field to reset the stored loans list grid settings.
