- Start by going to a loan, then navigating to the ‘Assets’ tab on the left-hand list
- Click ‘Add Asset’ and select your asset type
- Fill out the asset’s information and click ‘Save’ to save the asset to the loan
- You have the option of adding an insurance policy by clicking the ‘Add Policy’ button on the asset. The Policy Expires field here will be what’s used for the ‘Property Insurance Expiration’ notice.
- When filling out the Asset’s policy information, you’ll be able to select an existing system contact by clicking the ‘Add Contact to Policy’ button. You can add more than one contact.
- Property Insurance Expiration Notice – this notice helps notify the borrower of their asset’s insurance expiration. This notice will have notice-specific variables like ‘InsuranceExpiresOn’
