      1. Declaring a subdomain – this sets the borrower portal to a ‘live’ and functional state 
      2. Portal title, Portal Support Text (message for borrowers to contact servicer directly for questions), Portal button colors (Hex codes only – Google ‘Hex Color Picker’)
      3. Enabling borrower portal modules: Account Settings, Personal Information, ACH Payments, and Payment History (If no modules are enabled then the portal will appear broken/empty)
