- Start with a Starter Template downloaded from the above site, or open and work with a blank Word document locally to see how the process and variables work
- Add/Upload the Word Document to the Admin – Document Templates section
- 1) Test the document by using the Test button, or 2) showing the loan-specific generation process via a loan’s Documents tab (going to the loan allows you to replace matched variables with user-entered data)
- Download and/or update an existing document to show the process of working with variables and editing the Word document (Ref: How to Use Merge Field Variables)
